These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website rfgsupps.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products offered by RFG Supps (Igor Kvartuh s.p.) (“RFG Supps”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.

The Site is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Site

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You may only use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site, including attempting to introduce harmful code or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems.

2. Our Products

RFG Supps sells sports nutrition and hydration supplements intended for adult consumers. Our products are food supplements, not medicinal products, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a medical professional before use if you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or are unsure whether the product is suitable for you.

You are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredient lists, warnings, and usage instructions before consumption.

3. Orders, Payment, and Account Information

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We may refuse or cancel orders where we detect irregularities such as suspected fraud, repeated returns, reseller-type purchasing behavior, or inaccurate information.

Prices, shipping rates, and product availability may change at any time without notice. All payments must be made using approved payment methods provided at checkout.

If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays or carrier issues are outside our control.

Orders returned as “Return to Sender” or returned outside of our official return process may not be eligible for a refund. For detailed return rules, customers should refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

We offer Subscription options for certain products. By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the interval stated at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Subscriptions require a minimum of two Subscription orders (initial shipment plus one renewal). After the minimum term, Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Changes and cancellations can be made through your customer account or by contacting support@rfgsupps.com. Any changes to pricing or terms will apply only to future renewal cycles.

6. Promotions, Bundles, and Free Gifts

From time to time, we may offer promotions, bundle discounts, or free gifts. These offers may be subject to specific conditions, including quantity limits, time limitations, or eligibility requirements.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions are limited to one use per customer.

The free shaker and free shipping offer apply only to the first order of the 3-pouch bundle.

Subsequent Subscription orders do not include free gifts or promotional items.

We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

7. Product Information and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update information at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Colors and images of products displayed on the Site may vary due to device display differences.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site:
